Governing Committee
The Governing Committee is responsible for strategy, programme approval, major partnerships, quality standards, certification policy, financial discipline, appointments and reputation. It operates under authority delegated by the Board of Om Saptarshi International Service (P) Ltd.

Academic & Industry Advisory Council
The Council provides non-executive advice on curriculum relevance, emerging skills, industry needs, public programmes and academic direction. Membership does not confer ownership, banking or executive authority.
